Internationalisation
The Association is committed to the internationalisation of its schools and is fostering a series of actions towards this end:
- European Mobility Programmes (ERASMUS and LEONARDO). Work experience in European companies: in the last eight years, almost 1.000 students have undertaken work experience in companies in different European countries. These three-month stints lead to a qualification of Higher Technician
- Network of the Persons in charge of International Relations from the schools: there is a network of Persons in charge of International Relations from the schools, who cooperate in creating and implementing various European projects
- Cooperation agreement with two Networks of Vocational Training Centres, in Finland, Salpaus Network (five VET Centres in Finland) and in Holland, Dutch Alliance (nine huge VET centres in the Netherlands)
- Study trips to Vocational Training Schools of other countries: working visits are regularly undertaken to vocational training schools in countries such as Germany, Holland, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden and Finland. The aim is to establish relationships of cooperation and identify good practices in different spheres
- Member of EfVET (European Forum of Technical and Vocational Education and Training, www.efvet.org ). EfVET is the European VET network that encompasses more than 100 vocational training entities or associations from 20 different countries
