Two HETEL Schools win the Good Practices in Vocational training classrooms and workshops 2008 Award

The Regional Vice- Ministry for Vocational Training and Life-long learning has organised the first edition of Good Practices in Vocational Training classrooms and workshops Award, which has two categories:
1.      Experiences aiming at the acquisition of abilities related to autonomous and collaborative learning
2.      Experiences related to the use of ICTs in the learning process
 
Two HETEL schools have won awards in the second category:
-         The first prize has been for the “Learning by doing” project submitted by Josu Orbe, teacher of Txorierri Politeknika Ikastegia (Derio)
-         The second prize has been for the “Getting familiar with virtual learning environments” project by Enrique Corres from Diocesanas School (Vitoria-Gasteiz)
 
Furthermore, another three projects from HETEL schools´ teachers have received special mentions to the technological innovation and the development of collaborative learning:
-          Maristak Learning System, presented by Daniel Irazola from Maristak School (Durango)
-          Use of Moodle in high degree VET courses presented by a group of teachers Felix Elejoste, Josema Fernández, Inmaculada Castreño and Mikel Aguirre from La Salle Berrozpe School (Andoain)
-          La Salle Mekanizadoak” project submitted by Juanjo Olazabal from Irungo La Salle School (Irun).
